What Is Pour Point?
The pour point is the lowest temperature at which diesel fuel will flow under gravity. Below the pour point, the fuel becomes semi-solid and will not pour from a container. It's typically the coldest of the three cold-weather metrics (cloud point > CFPP > pour point). Pour point depressants in additives like Fuel Ox Cold Charge modify wax crystal structure to keep fuel flowing at extremely low temperatures.
